That’s how together β we’ll make sure nothing falls through the cracks!

With this in mind, it won’t surprise you that we have a system for getting you onboarded!
STEP 1: THE INTRO CALL
In the Intro Call β we’ll discuss your current circumstances to make sure Evolvd can actually help.
As a boutique agency β we only move forward with a prospect if our services can indeed benefit you & your business.
Therefore, the goal of this first call is to make sure we are not wasting your time or ours!
SOME QUESTIONS WE’LL COVER IN THAT CALL ARE:
- What do you hope Evolvd can help you with?
- If you’re currently taking inbound leads β whatβs your process?
- Do you have an existing book of business you want to maximize?
There may be some follow-up/homework tasks we need to do for each other prior to fully moving on to Step 2.
Regardless, we’ll leave the Intro Call with clear next steps.
STEP 2: AGREEMENT + PAYMENT
Once we’ve both agreed that Evolvd is a fit for you, we’ll email you an agreement in Plain English. π
No legal mumbo-jumbo or confusing commitments.
We simply want everyone to be on the same page.
And while we want our clients to be with us long-term (most have been with us since Evolvd started), we want our partnership to be a good fit for everyoneβ¦
So no contracts!
Depending on the nature of the work or the complexity of your lead funnel; we may or may not require a one-time setup fee.
STEP 3: THE SETUP
The setup varies depending on the clientβs needs & leads.
In general β we’ll do some version of the following steps.
- Connect to your online calendar and test it out
- Configure your leads in our CRM & Systems
- Walk through our communication & appointment process
- Turn everything on and get working π
Other than getting access to your Calendar (we’ll step you through it) β there’s no technical heavy-lifting for you.
We’ll guide you through the process and make sure we get a system in place that makes sense and will work for you.
STEP 4: ITERATION
The steps above will be our starting point.
As we work through the first couple of months together β you’ll become comfortable with Evolvd’s processes and we’ll learn exactly how to best support you.
We know your business isn’t stagnant and neither is ours.
Which is why β we constantly evaluate what is and is not working.
And are always tweaking processes as needed.
